Reintroduce color fixes to WebGL1 backend, but only if sRGB textures are supported (#652) 
Also removed the 300es shaders, as they'd be identical to the 100es ones.

egui demo library

this crate contains example code for egui.

it is in a separate crate for two reasons:

  • to ensure it only uses the public egui api.
  • to remove the amount of code in egui proper.
