Jim d54e29d375 macOS: Add `movable_by_window_background` option to viewport (#5412 ) Add an option called `movable_by_window_background` alongside a new builder method. This crates provides bindings between egui and winit.

The library translates winit events to egui, handled copy/paste, updates the cursor, open links clicked in egui, etc.
