Emil Ernerfeldt e037489ac2 eframe: update the maximized/minimized viewport state each frame (#3601 ) * Closes https://github.com/emilk/egui/issues/3494 This makes sure it is always up-to-date. egui-winit

This crates provides bindings between egui and winit.

The library translates winit events to egui, handled copy/paste, updates the cursor, open links clicked in egui, etc.
