Mention that the trace! macro was removed in the 0.23.0 changelog (#3567) 

Was trying to figure out why `trace!` was removed in 0.23 and realized
it wasn't in the changelog. It was removed as part of
[#3391](https://github.com/emilk/egui/pull/3391)
