Overrides the toolchain used in rust-analyzer to `stable`, as [suggested

This PR replaces a bunch of options in `eframe::NativeOptions` with
`egui::ViewportBuilder`. For instance:

+ viewport: egui::ViewportBuilder::default()
+ .with_inner_size([320.0, 240.0])
